Future Cabs Gift card is a stored-value money virtual card to be used and redeemed for booking rides with Future Cabs only.
In the Future Cabs customer app there are two ways to reach the Gift Card screen
Visit the app menu.
On the Home screen almost at bottom of the screen, tapping on the ‘Gift Card’ will directly lead the customer to the Gift Card screen.On the Gift Card screen you will see the info Gift Cards Offers, Terms Apply and Recent Transactions.
As soon as a new customer registers to Future Cabs, ₹ 25 will be credited to his Gift Card. For one ride of ₹ 100 or more, ₹ 20 will be credited to customers Gift Card. ₹ 10 gets credited to Customer’s Gift Card for each referral (upon signup of the referred user) and as soon as the referred user takes first ride, ₹ 25 credited to the customer’s gift card.
Note: Customer can only redeem only ₹ 30 at a time for booking a ride with Future Cabs.
While customer provides the Pickup and Drop location for booking a ride, just above the Confirm Booking button there will be radio button called Gift Card, if you have ample balance in your Gift card ₹ 30 can be utilized in booking ride at a time. There will be confirmation pop-up asking the customer to Apply or Cancel Gift card’s ₹ 30 for this ride.
The Top-up feature in Future Cabs provides you with a textbox to provide the Gift Card code or you can Scan the QR-code by hitting the QR-code scanner icon in the extreme right side of the textbox. As soon as the QR-code scanning is complete or the customer has added the Gift Card code to the textbox, customer needs to hit the ‘APPLY’ button if the code is valid the equivalent amount is credited to the customer’s Gift Card. And the customer can redeem these Gift card credits for booking ride with Future Cabs.
In the Future Cabs Customers App under the menu, tap on the Promotions or at the bottom of the home screen tap on the ‘Get Offers’ this will lead you to the Offers screen and you see the Active coupons with their detail like Coupon code, value and the validity and conditions etc.
While Customer provides the Pickup and Drop location for booking a ride, just above the Confirm Booking button there will be radio button called Coupon, as the customer selects the Coupon radio button, a pop will appear to provide the Coupon Code and he/ she needs to hit Apply button. If the coupon code is valid then the Coupon code amount will be deducted from the fare and can be seen under the Car icon under that particular category being booked.
There are the following payment modes that Future Cabs offer you for the payment of your booked rides:
Even you can use Gift Card and Promotion( Coupon codes), while booking the ride and utilize you coupon or Gift card credit.
For attaching your Credit/Debit card to Future Cabs have reach at the Payment Type screen. There are two ways to reach the Payment Type screen:
On the Payment Type screen you will multiple Payment modes, like Cash, Card and Paytm. If you have not added any of your Credit or Debit cards you need to tap on ‘Add Another Card’ , this will lead you to the Add card screen. You need to provide the Card Number, Expiry Date, Card Holder Name and Nick name For card and hit Save button. You card will be saved and you can switch among the Payment methods by selecting the Radio button against each payment mode.
Go to main menu of the Future Cabs customer app. Tap on the Payment option this will redirect you to the Payment Type screen. On this screen you will see multiple Payment Modes. There is payment mode namely ‘Card’, just below this there is a text ‘Add Another Card’ , just tab on this text will redirect you to the screen called Cards. Here on this screen there is list of already added cards. And also a button to Add New Card.
Under the main menu of the Future Cabs customer app. Tap on the Payment option this will redirect you to the Payment Type screen. On this screen you will see multiple Payment Modes. There is payment mode namely ‘Card’, just below this there is a text ‘Add Another Card’, just tab on this text will redirect you to the screen called Cards. All of your already added cards will be listed over here on this screen. Against each Card there is option to Edit and Delete card. As you tap the Delete icon, App will get a confirmation from you to delete the card. If you hit Yes the card is deleted.
No, this is not possible once the card information is deleted you can’t recover it. You need to add this information afresh via Add New Card form. We do not get CVV at the time Adding the card.
You can attach your Paytm Wallet with the Future Cabs for the payment of the booked ride. But the condition is that you must be using the same mobile number for both the Paytm and the Future Cabs. Below are the steps you need to follow to attach Paytm Wallet with Future Cabs:
Yes, you can unlink Paytm from Future Cabs anytime. From the main menu of the App, tap on the Payment, on the Payment Type screen tap on Paytm will redirect you to the Pay through Paytm screen, at the bottom of the screen there is UNLINK option, just tap on that you will get confirmation popup asking you whether to unlink Paytm or not. If you hit Yes you Paytm wallet will be unlinked from the Future Cabs.
Future cabs provides unique invite code for each of its registered user. User need to visit the main menu, tap on the Invite option. You will be redirected to Refer a Friend screen. On this screen user can see his/ her referral code and can be shared with your friends on facebook, Twitter, Mail/ message and WhatsApp. As soon as your signup using your referral code he will get ₹ 25 and you will earn ₹ 35 (₹10 on friends sign up and ₹25 on your referred friend’s first ride). This amount will be credited to your Gift Card that can be seen by Tapping on the Gift Card on the home screen of the App.

Our Support team will contact you and provide you the solution.
The payment options during ride can’t be changed. Although you can change the Payment options before confirming the booking of the ride. This means one you hit the Confirm booking button on the booking page the ride request will go to the respective driver and you can not change the Payment mode.
Cancellation fees help ensure more efficiency on the Future Cabs App as well as faster pickups for riders. Cancellation fee amounts differ by city and vehicle option. You may be charged a cancellation fee in the following situations:
The fee will be waived in both cases if your driver exceeds the initial ETA by 5 minutes. Cancellation fee is inclusive of GST.
Wait Time Fare is applicable after 3 mins of arrival of the Driver to your location. The wait time charges for all of the vehicle categories(Comfort, Economy and Luxury) is ₹ 1 per min.
Pink Cab is the special feature that has been provided by Future Cabs for the female riders to book their rides with female drivers only. From the customer app female rider need to switch on the Pink cab. As soon as the Pink cab toggle button is switched on in the cab, the ride booking request will go to the female drivers only.
As far as sign in to the account is concerned you need to check your login credential, please provide the correct sign in credential. If the sign in problem still persists you need to use Forgot password feature. And if you are not able to request a ride please try to change the vehicle category. As soon as the customer provides the Pickup location and the Drop location, the estimated distance is calculated via Google APIs based on the Vehicle category the fare charges are applied as per below chart

The customer can get the discount for the booked ride by either of two ways
In the customer app’s main menu, tap on the History this will redirect you to the Ride History screen. On this screen you will see the list of the rides you booked or cancelled. On each of the record you can tap and this will lead you to the Ride Detail screen, this screen provides you with the full detail of that Ride like ride pickup and drop location, Driver info, date, time and duration of the ride, Total distance covered, Fare detail break down, Requested Vehicle and Trip Id etc.
Scan me is unique, fast and easy to use feature provided by Future Cabs to book a ride. All of the Future Cabs drivers have been provided with a unique QR code and the user who is interested to book a ride with any driver, will use the feature at the bottom of the home screen of the customer App. User needs to tap on the Scan option and have to scan the driver’s QR code, the ride request will go to that particular driver. The driver will accept the ride, will ask the user to provide the OTP to start the ride and that it.
At the main menu of the App, tap on the edit icon against your Name, this will lead you to the Edit Profile screen, you can update your email or mobile number. If the user updates mobile number, an OTP will go to new number, once the OTP is verified the mobile number is updated and verified. And for the email update, an email-verification email is sent to the newly updated email, as the user visits the link provided over there in the email, the newly added email is verified.
Your rating is the average of the rating given to you by the drivers with whom you have taken rides. You can see your rating in the main menu of the app, displayed under your name as number of stars.
In the main menu of the App, tap on the Invite option, this will lead you to the Refer a Friend screen. Your personal invite code is displayed on this screen, you can share this with you friends via social media.
You are requested to check your email id or mobile number that has been used while registering to the App. Or you can contact Future Cabs Support at [email protected]
SOS is the key feature that has been provided by Future Cabs to its user. As soon as the ride starts an option to send SOS will appear on the Ride detail screen. In case of emergency, user can hit SOS icon provided on the screen will real-time notify the Future Cabs support team and at the same time application sends a SMS also to the emergency contacts provided by the user. Future Cabs support team gets full detail of the ride and will take necessary action to help the user.
In the main menu of the customer app, tap on the Settings option, you will be redirected to the next screen. On that screen there will be two features Change Password and Emergency Contacts. As soon you tap on the Emergency Contacts, you will be prompt with the list of the contacts in your phone you can check the contact and hit Add button. Upon hitting the Add button the selected contact is added a emergency contact. User can add maximum of the 5 Emergency contacts.

You are requested to either check the Junk box or you might be checking the wrong email id as may be you have updated the email id with Future Cabs using edit profile feature of the App.
Future Cabs helps its riders to recognize the driver with whom rider takes ride. As soon as the driver accepts you ride request, you can see the Driver's name, Driver's photo, Driver's rating, vehicle model and License plate number.
If for any ride you noticed that the driver is not the same person whose driver's photo is there in the app for that particular booked ride, you can let us know at [email protected] or you can visit the main menu of customer app->Support, this will lead you Support screen, where you can tell us your problem and will look into the matter.
If user noticed that the booked cab took either the long route or wrong route to drop him/her at the destination, then he/she can is free to contact us. Future Cabs Support team will review the ride details to verify the facts. If its really the drivers fault and we find him guilty we will refund accordinngly.
Please note that the driver may change the path due to some unavoidable circumstances like traffic congestion, construction activities, strikes or weather conditions etc. In such cases we will not be in a position to make any sort of adjustment. It is worth note here that we calculate fares considering distance as well as time consumed.
We value your time and providing the timely service is our prime concern. But there are some unforseen reason that can affect the normal ride time.The ride time can increase due to some factors like traffic jam, road construction activities, strikes or bad weather conditions that are beyond our control. As our system calculates fares based on distance as well as time therefore in such circumstances fares may vary or increase compared to usual fares.
